  11. Just thought some of you would find this interesting.  It was a quote
  12. in PCWeek today, about US West filing increased tarriffs for ISDN
  13. in many areas, despite the fact that most other RBOCs are cheaper:

  15.    "We have to cover the cost of our service, and if we can't, 
  16.    we have no incentive to offer the service," said a US West
  17.    spokesman in Denver.

  19. Now, why is it that all of the other companies can keep lowering ISDN
  20. rates?  Is US Worst that poorly managed?

  23. local telephone market, I'd use them instead.
