- Just thought some of you would find this interesting. It was a quote
- in PCWeek today, about US West filing increased tarriffs for ISDN
- in many areas, despite the fact that most other RBOCs are cheaper:

- spokesman in Denver.

- Now, why is it that all of the other companies can keep lowering ISDN
- rates? Is US Worst that poorly managed?
